7 DAYS GOSAINKUNDA TEA HOUSE TREKKING

Gosainkunda Lake, a sacred lake for both the adherents of Hindu and Buddhist faiths, is also known for wonderful scenery. Ringed by high mountains on the northern and eastern sides, the lake offers a fascinating sight. In addition to its status as a place of religious importance, the Lake also offers stiff challenge to the trekkers.

Trekking Destination: Gosaikunda Trek
Minimum altitude: 1320mtr.
Maximum altitude: 4761mtr.
Grade : Moderate and Fairly Strenuous
Season : Spring & Autumn
Accommodation : Lodge or Tented Camp
Duration : 7 Days
Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive international airport in Kathmandu and free transport to selected hotel at Thamel, The hotel is centrally located in the Thamel area of Kathmandu which is renowned for its many restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs etc which cater for the tourists.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley full day sightseeing with professional tour guide.
Day 03: Drive to Dhunche by public bus early morning (1920 mtr. 7/8 hours driving)/ by a private jeep (5/6 hours driving) Stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 04: Trek to Barkhu Village (1320 mtr. 5 hours walking) Stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 05: Trek to Lauribinayak (3650 mtr. 5 hours walking) Stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 06: Trek to Gosainkunda (4361 mtr. 3 hours walking) stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 07: Trek down to Sing Gompa (2450 mtr. 4 hours walking) Stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 08:Trek down to Dhunche (1920 mtr. 5 hours walking) Stay over night at Lodge/Tent.

Day 09: Drive back to Kathmandu by public bus (7/8 hours driving) Stay over night at hotel.

Day 10: Departure to international airport to fly your home country. Nepal Independent Guide will provide you free transport to international trivuwan airports.

COST INCLUDES

1. Pick you up at airport to Hotel by car.
2. Three nights Hotel in Kathmandu( two nights before the Trek and one night after the Trek)
3. Full day sightseeing in the kathmandu valley with tour guide.
4. Hotel to Bus Park by taxi and Public bus to Dhunche.
5. Meals three times a day (Breakfast, lunch and dinner).
6. Tea and coffee three times a day
7. Langtang national park entrance permit and TIM's card.
8. One fluent English speaking, government registered, experienced, first aid trained guide and required porters
9. Equipment: sleeping bags and Down jacket.
10. Guide food, lodge, bus transportation, salary, insurance, equipment etc.
