Since the terrain can be hard and the days long, hikers on these treks should be in good physical condition and have some previous mountain walking experience. Typically, a gradual ascent through a green river valley will lead you up to a number of high passes, where you will reach the altitude of 5416m. Equipment for Annapurna Circuit

Recheck your Equipment after planning to Annapurna Circuit, Make sure you have enough gear to be warm and comfortable but without overloading. Usually, you will experience warm days and cold nights depending on altitude and the time of year, For footwear, best walking boots with suitable ankle support that have been worn-in prior to the trek, and which are waterproof, warm socks, Gaiters for the winter season, loose casual trousers, Thermal Leggings, a Long skirt for women, trousers, and Waterproof trousers. For body Selection of T-shirts, and long sleeved shirts, preferably not cotton, Thermal shirt, warm shirt, possibly Fleece, Fleece jacket or warm wool jumper. Windproof, waterproof outer higher altitudes, Down jacket Down Sleeping Bag (optional for cold nights & mornings; can be hired in Kathmandu cheaply) and for head and hand, Wool or fleece hat, or balaclava.   • Day 1: Arrive in international airport, meet me and transport to Hotel by car, Hotel in Thamel
  • Day 2: Drive to Besi Sahar - Bulbule, (823 Meters. 7-8 hours driving) by public bus and trek to Nadi stay overnight at lodge.
  • Day 3: Trek to Chamje (1425 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 4: Trek to Dharapani (1943 Meters.6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 5: Trek to Chame (2715 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 6: Trek to Pisang (3132 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 7: Trek to Manang (3341 Meters. 5 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 8: Rest day in the same place for acclimatisation.
  • Day 9: Trek to Chauri latter (3720 Meters. 3 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 10: Trek to Thorong Phedi (3900 Meters. 2 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 11: Trek early in the morning Thorong Pass(5416 Meters. 8 hours walking) over night at Muktinath(3900 mt. ) overnight at the lodge.
  • Day 12: Trek down to Marpha (2691 Meters. 6 hours walking) via Kagbeni and Jomsom.
  • Day 13: Trek down to Ghasa (2013 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 14: Trek down to Tatopani (1169 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 15: Rest day in the same place.
  • Day 16: Trek to Ghorepani (2832 Meters. 7 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 17: Visit Poon Hill (3210 Meters. 45 minutes to get at the top) early in the morning for the sunrise view) and rest day in the same place.

  • Day 24: Trek down to Landrung (1520 Meters. 5 hours walking) via Chinua Hot Spring.
  • Day 25: Trek to Dhampus (1120 Meters. 6 hours walking) over night at the lodge.
  • Day 26: Trek down to Phedi (2 hours walking) drive back to Pokhara by local bus (1-hour driving) overnight at Pokhara.
  • Day 27: Drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus (200 km. 6/7 hours driving) overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
