Since the terrain can be hard and the days long, hikers on these treks should be in good physical condition and have some previous mountain walking experience. Steep climbing may be involved, although it is never necessary to use ropes. Treks at this level can he arranged for periods of 16 to 21 days. Typically, a gradual ascent through a green river valley will lead you up to a number of high passes, where you will reach the altitude of 5416m. Often times, you will get a close insight into the Tibetan culture. Participants should expect to trek above 5416m/17872ft.

Elevation of Everest base camp is 5,364 meters & altitude of (17,598 ft) from Nepal side. Everest Base Camp is a trek where people just feel scared, but after starting the trek every trekker can do without any problem, sometimes you might just feel a bit headache, of course, because of the altitude of Everest base camp 5,364 meters. But before you reach Everest base camp we will be resting one or twice acclimatization during the trekking to Namche Bazaar and Dingboche.
The temperature of Everest base camp will be 10 to 15 degree C. Daytime at Oct November, at night time will be minus -15 to -18 degrees.

DETAIL ITINERARY

Day 01: Arrive international airport in Kathmandu meet me, transport to Thamel, The hotel is centrally located at Thamel area of Kathmandu which is renowned for its many restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs etc which cater for the tourists.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla early in the morning (2827 meters. 35 minutes flight) trek to Phakding (2/3 hours walking) Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3443 meters. 5/6 hours walking) overnight at the lodge.

Day 04: Rest day in Namche Bazaar for Acclimatization.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3820 meters.5/6 hours walking)stay overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4230 meters. 4/5 hours walking) Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Lobuche (4900 meters. 4/5 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 08: Visit Everest Base Camp ( 5,364 meters. 3 hours walking) early in the morning and trek back to Gorakshep, stay overnight at lodge.

Day 09: Visit Kalapattar (5545 meters. Early in the morning for the best Everest view) and trek back to Pheriche (5 hours walking stay Overnight at lodge.

Day 10: Trek Back to Tengboche (3820 meters. 4 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11: Trek Back to Namche Bazaar (3443 meters. 5/6 hours walking) overnight at the lodge.

Day 12: Trek back to Lukla (3/4 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu by flight (35 minutes flight) stay Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Departure Day in your home country. we will provide you transport to international Tribhuvan airports.
