Manaslu Circuit trek 

He organized our recent trek to the Manaslu circuit and was nothing short of excellent. Our guide went the extra mile to ensure our trek was not disrupted by the Diwali festival. He obtained our permits in time, allowing us to avoid the horror stories about long delays in Kathmandu that other trekkers had told us. 

Himal met us at his office in Thamel (very centrally located for tourists) and introduced us to our guide, Dhruba, who picked us up from our hotel and guided us on our trek. Himal’s friend and longtime colleague Dhruba was an excellent guide. Throughout our trip, he made sure we were safe, fed well, and adjusted our itinerary to suit our fitness level and priorities.
