However, the client should book their trip to Nepal 2 days before the trip departure date.
Method of payment:
The client can pay through either by wire transfer or via credit card. And extra charges by the bank are the responsibility of the client, and the total trip price doesn’t include them. For example, the credit card payments add 4% extra on the payment as a processing fee. Also, we will send a confirmation email once we receive the total payment or deposit. Kindly, click here and fill the form for online payments.
Risks and liabilities:
All tours follow the laws and regulations of the tourism board of Nepal. The NWT will not cover any extra costs for the clients in case of unexpected circumstances like change in the laws and regulations of the country, natural disasters, political instability, cancellations of flights, delays, sickness or accidents. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended. Besides, if the client breaks any regulation or law during their tour, and they have to leave Nepal, the tour fees are non-refundable.
Postponing the trip:
To postpone a tour, the client must write a notice and send it to us 15 days before the trip departure date. However, they will pay 150$ as cancellation fees, and we will include the rest of the 25% in their balance account for their next trip with us.
Trip cancelation policy:
To cancel a tour, the client must write a notice and send it to us 15 days before the trip departure date for any reason, and we will send you a confirmation message back. Also, according to our conditions, the 25% deposit paid is non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend that the client postpone their trip instead of canceling it if they had to cancel the trip. Also, the fee is non-refundable if the client decided to cancel in the middle of the trip for personal reasons. However, if we canceled the tour due to unexpected circumstances such as natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another one for them.
Before going on one of our tours, it is mandatory to have travel insurance that covers all the medical expenses, accidents, emergency evacuations, loss or damage of gears and natural disasters. So, we recommend the World nomad insurance agency.
Flight delay or cancellation:
Bad weather in remote areas such as the Everest region, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region, may cause flight delay or cancellation. Therefore, we advise our clients to have extra money to pay for their food and accommodation. Also, the Nepal wilderness trekking team is not responsible for any of the additional expenses.
Our terms and conditions are applicable only if the client books their trip with us directly. However, if they book their trip with us through any agents or third parties, the client will have to follow their terms and conditions.
