 Trip Terms & Conditions

Nepal Wilderness Trekking Team is a reliable and trustworthy Nepalese government-registered trekking company in Nepal. Our Trekking related company is committed to offering the best possible services to our customers who come to Nepal to do trekking related activities.

With an objective of having quality and sustainable tourism sector of the country, much effort is put into making our rendering of services at a level that exceeds the rest. Our customer’s satisfaction and happiness is our foremost priority.

Before booking a trip with our trekking company please go through a General Booking Condition.


  1. A photocopy of your passport, Passport size photo and a 25% deposit of the total cost of the trip should be provided to us by you while booking the trip.
  2. The 25% deposit amount is non-refundable if cancel the trip as in any cases, but our company can hold a validity of one year as a book to do any other trek.
  3. The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your trek/tour.

  5. Note: For credit card payments, 4 % extra will be added to you for a credit card processing fee. 


You can make the payment either by wire transfer or via credit card.

Note: Bank service charges related to submitting a deposit are the responsibility of the client. For Bank Transfers, Your invoice confirmation will be sent once we verify receiving the funds. The cost of the transfer of the money via the central bank or any middle bank will not be covered by us, those are not affiliated to the total amount that you would pay to us for the Trekking activities.


For Nepal trekking or peak climbing are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of Nepal. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in the rules and regulations of country, any government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellations of flights, delays, sickness or accidents, breakdown of vehicles, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall have to be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.


We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 2 days prior to the trip departure dates.


  • A written notice should be sent to us 15 days prior to the trip departure date.
  • In case of postpone of booked Nepal tour, minimum USD 150 will be charged as a current trip cancellation charge and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.


In case you intend to cancel your trip for any reason, you need to write it to us 14 days prior to your trip departure date. We shall approve it as cancelled only after receiving a valid written notice from the client.

As per our policy, the 25% deposit amount is non-refundable therefore, in case any occurrences arise that you might need to cancel the trip, we rather recommend you to postpone your trip against of cancelling it. Since doing so will deduct USD 150.00 from your advance deposit as the postpone fee and remaining amount after that deduction will be transferred as your balance amount for your next trip


We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek or expedition whatever the reason from customer’s side.


If your trip gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you.


We reserve our rights to change the price under various circumstances. Though our actions will be reasonable, like in case of circumstances such as drastic changes in the exchange rate, inflations or government actions, we are not liable to answer anyone for our actions.


It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. we recomend World nomad insurance agency 


Flight delays and cancellation are likely to happen often during bad weather conditions in remote areas, particularly in the Everest region Lukla, the Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Nepal wilderness trekking team will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses. Therefore, please plan accordingly.


In case you commit any unlawful act during your tour and you are compelled to leave Nepal, NWT Team is not liable for any kind of refunds.


Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book your trip with us directly. If you book your trip with us through any agents or third party, you shall be liable to their terms and conditions.
