Since the terrain can be hard and the days long, hikers on these treks should be in good physical condition and have some previous mountain walking experience. Steep climbing may be involved, although it is never necessary to use ropes. Treks at this level can he arranged for periods of 16 to 21 days. Typically, a gradual ascent through a green river valley will lead you up to a number of high passes, where you will reach the altitude of 5416m. Often times, you will get a close insight into the Tibetan culture. Participants should expect to trek above 5416m/17872ft.

Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek

Kanchenjunga Trekking- Kanchenjunga is the world’s third highest number of the mountain, mostly adventure Lover tourist want to visit Kanchenjunga Base Camp trek. This trek can do Teahouse styles Lodge to Lodge nowadays; it is newly opened lodge trek.

The longtime Before Kanchenjunga trekking was only camping with many workforce locals porters, guide, Cook, But nowadays, all and every camping site has built Teahouse and Homestay, the build by Locals community. Each lodge has 4 to 5 necessary room accommodations, and meals are also basic Dal Bhat.

The Kanchenjunga trekking area Local are mostly Rai and sherpa ethnics group who have traditional and typical cultures, costumes.

The Kanchenjunga-tea house Trek offers the variety of scenery beautiful Himalayans View; the trek gains higher mountain, gorgeous Panorama views of Kanchenjunga Himal, Bokta peak, Makalu Himal. Kanchenjunga Circuit trek passing terraced fields, colorful villages, green forests,  enters into a ridge line of Rhododendron jungle, Chauki and Gupha Pokhari is most beautiful rhododendron blooming a month of March- April, some tourist explore seven-night eight days Rhododendron trek starting from Basantapur and ending in Taplejung and through the bus to Kathmandu

The during the Kanchenjunga base camp trek, the last village is Ghunsa, which is Sherpa village small and clean town, nice tea house, fancy hotels, warm hospitality, and verity meals, clean bedroom, western toilet, also the city have pharmacy clinic which establishes by MC Yangzum Sherpa.

From Ghunsa way up to Yalung glacier and crossing a series of passes, the views become more superb peaks, and trail reaches Pangpema base camp (4800m.) which is the base camp for Kanchenjunga expedition.

  • Day 01: Arrive at the international airport; meet at the international airport in Kathmandu and transport to hotel in Moonlight, 
  • Day02: Kathmandu Valley full day sightseeing with a professional guide.
  • Day 03: Kathmandu – Basantapur Fly to Biratnagar and 6-hour drive to Basantapur.
  • Day 04: Trek to Chauki - 4 - 5 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 05: Trek to Gupha Pokhari - 3 - 4 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 06: Trek to Gurgaon - 3- 4 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 07: Trek to Dovan 730m - 5 - 6 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 08: Trek to Mitlung 921m - 4 - 5 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 09: Trek to Chirwa 170m - 5 - 6 hours overnight at the local tea house.

  • Day 16: Day hiking to Pangpema (5065 m) to view the Mt. Kanchenjunga and return to Lhonak for an overnight stay at the local tea house. 5 - 6 hours.
  • Day 17: Trek back to Ghunsa (3595 m) overnight in a local guesthouse.
  • Day 18: Trek to Selele (4300 m) - 5 - 6 hours overnight in a basic tea house.
  • Day 19: Trek Sele La – Sinion La Pass (4460 m) – Mirgin La Pass (4480 m) – Sinelapcha La Pass (4646 m) – Tseram (3870 m) - 7 - 8 hours. Overnight at the local tea house,
  • Day 20: Day hiking to Oktang Base Camp - 5 - 6 hours. We go for day hiking to Oktang to observe the Kanchenjunga South and return to Tseram for Overnight stay at the local tea house.
  • Day 21: Trek to Torangden (2995m) - 3 - 4 hours overnight at a local tea house.
  • Day 22: Trek to Yamphudin (2080m) - 5 - 6 hours overnight at a local tea house.
  • Day 23: Trek to Khebang (1910m). - 4 - 5 hours. Overnight at a local tea house
  • Day 24: Trek to Khandembe (1420 m) - 5 - 6 hours overnight at the local tea house.
  • Day 25: Trek to Medibung (1510 m) - 3 hours and drive to Kathmandu via Ilam
  • Day 26: at evening time you will be in Kathmandu same hotel as your stay before,
  • Day 27: departure day for your home country we do provide you with Airport transport,
