MERA PEAK SUMMIT DAY
Remember that you need to take care of your hydration and keep a manageable pace on the summit day. The route is not particularly steep in itself, but it is a big day out and will put a lot of stamina on you. The climbing guide will fix the rope, clip in, and maintain an efficient pace while maintaining a safe line of communication. In order to be in the best shape for summit day, you must be familiar with walking on crampons and being able to self-arrest with an I-axe for this summit, so climbing on the snow and staying warm, hydrated and well-fed are key elements that ensure you’re in the best shape for summit day. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice.

No need oxygen for the mera peak, because of only 6,476 m, so acclimatization is very importance for the peak, so oxygen is only use for more than 7 thousand m mountain.
