Himal arranged for a porter guide and a porter to meet us when we arrived in Lukla. Don’t just hire guides from Lukla as they may not have the correct gear or insurance. The porter and porter guide were both insured and very helpful. I would like to hire guides through this company on my next trip to Nepal.
