I’m Diku Sherpa, a licensed female trekking guide (License No. 20234) from Siddhicharan-6, Okhaldhunga, Nepal. I have extensive experience guiding trekkers through Nepal’s beautiful Himalayan regions and enjoy sharing the country’s spectacular mountains, diverse landscapes, rich culture, and local traditions with travelers from around the world.

Over the years, I have gained experience on a wide range of trekking routes, from popular Himalayan trails to less-traveled areas. My experience in the mountains has helped me develop a strong understanding of trail conditions, local communities, altitude, and the practical challenges of trekking in Nepal.

As a female trekking guide, I am passionate about encouraging more women to explore the Himalayas and helping create greater opportunities for women in Nepal’s trekking industry. I believe every trek should be safe, enjoyable, and well organized, and I always make my guests’ safety, comfort, and satisfaction a priority.

For me, guiding is about more than simply leading the way. I enjoy meeting people, sharing Nepal’s mountain culture, and helping guests create meaningful memories along the trail.
